Limited Membership:
The Club limits membership to assure good access to aircraft. Scheduling policies
are liberal and flexible, with greater latitude allowed to student pilots.
The result is more time for you to fly.

Meetings:
Upper Fifteen meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 8:00 PM at the
Club hangar. Guests are welcome. Club Facilities The Upper Fifteen hangar
is located on the east side of Albany International Airport, in the new
“T-Hangar” facility just north of the NYS Military & Naval Affairs building.
The facility includes a pilot lounge with a flight planning / operations
computer and a telephone
