Meeting Minutes

4/7/99

Present: Barnewall, Dorgan, Gomez, Heslin,Rohl, Schramm, Thompson,Winslow

VP Schramm called the meeting to order at 2010.

Minutes: Minutes of the last meeting were waived. Tehre was no quorum at the 3/23/99 meeting.

Treasurer: Barnewall distributed member statements, and noted that the bank balance was around $1,800, with member accounts at $2,600 or so.

Membership: 14 senior, 1 junior, 1 approved but not yet joined, 4 openings.

Rules & Publicity: The domain name ìupperfifteen.orgî has been registered. A new Web site is under construction.

Hangar & Grounds: The recent parking lot ìexpansionî is to be addressed by Joe Gomez with the appropriate Airport personnel. A brief discussion of the status of our proposal to the Airport Authority resulted in a decision to seek a follow up meeting with John Egan (scheduled for 4/16/99, 0800). Tom will schedule a spring cleaning day (now set for Saturday 4/17/99, 1000).

Logbooks: Up to date. The remaining airframe inspection for 75R is to be completed soon.

Aircraft: 55144: The latest 100 hour is complete. It was also overdue. Pilots are again warned to call Joe and/or Mike to advise them when the time draws near for either an inspection or an oil change. Both times are listed prominently on the billing sheet.

Aircraft: 9075R: The 100 hour inspection time was missed by 25-30 hours. Pilots are warned to contact Joe Gomez when the see a tach time within 10 hours of the 100 hour time listed on the billing sheet.

Old Business: None.

New Business: None

The meeting was adjourned at 2130.
