Hangar & Grounds: This is the first meeting in our new hangar complex. Many thanks are due to Taber, Ampella & Kiraly in particular for moving our stuff from the old building. Thompson will have pictures of the meeting available next meeting.

Flight Standards: Paige distributed manuals for the Stormscope in 75R. Next month‚s meeting will include a presentation on its proper use. He also added, „The tires look great. Keep up the good work.‰

Log Books: Up to date.

Aircraft: 144 The vacuum pump was changed. The oil was changed. The pilot‚s side door latch was fixed. #1 com was reported cutting in and out on the 27th of April. Remember to call Dorgan for lead time on oil changes.

A reminder: Fill the oil to 6 quarts max! Any more and it goes out the breather and all over the belly of the aircraft.

Aircraft: 75 We had the oxygen replenished and the operation of the system checked. Declared operational by the Mechanic.

We had the oil changed 2 weeks but today I got a memo from tibby saying it is 3 hrs away from oil change. Need to have someone check the engine logs to make sure.

We also had the short repaired which was reported as "inop starter." That cost us a few flying hours. (Also the oil can't be there already)

Tibby also reports a malfunctioning turn and bank. He also says it ise working now but warns about IFR

The following bears repeating:

Again! Do not add oil if the stick shows 6 qts. or better except when taking a long trip in which case we should not exceed 7 qts.

Old Business: None

New Business: McCarthy suggested obtaining a winch to assist in moving each plane back into the hangars.

The meeting was adjourned at 2131.

Respectfully submitted,

Tom Thompson, Secretary
