Upper Fifteen, Inc.

Meeting Minutes

3/1/00

Present: Barnewall, Cox, Heslin, Paige, Schramm, Thompson

Pres. Schramm called the meeting to order at 2008.

Minutes: The last meeting failed a quorum, and there were no minutes. Earlier minutes were distributed on e-mail, and a reading was waived.

Treasurer: Member statements were distributed. We have $4200+ in the bank, and a few checks on hand for deposit. Members have collectively overpaid their accounts, so our net cash and members account position is about $2,908.

Membership: 15 Sr., 2 Jr., 3 openings.

Rules & Publicity: No report

Flight Standards: Bill Cox's member database is broken, but he'll fix it

Hangar & Grounds: The heater for 75R is blowing only cold air. Log Books: Up to date per Barnewall.

Aircraft 9075R: Oil should have been changed on 3/1. The DME is again showing garbage when used on Remote 1 or its internal circuit. It work OK on Remote 2.

Aircraft 55144: NO significant squawks; still flying one wing low.

Old Business: None

New Business: Mike Dorgan and Joe Gomez have met again with John Egan concerning our hangar situation. The airportís time table for moving us from our current location is down to ì6 months to one yearî. Members are encouraged to attend the next meeting to discuss the status of this deal, and your ideas for new hangar features.

Bob Heslin moved to set the next meeting, 3/15/00, as the date for a vote on a change in the Club's by-laws. The changes would reduce the current two meetings per month to one meeting, and adjust other related clauses concerning membership applications and timing. After discussion, the motion was passed.

Since Joe Gomez has not advised the membership of what each of us owes for the Club party at Kirker's, the members attending wished to offer Joe their deep appreciation for his generosity. The meeting was adjourned at 2057.

Respectfully submitted,

Tom Thompson, Secretary
